*Take advantage of our semi-annual package savings for your pre-loss reporting. Allowing you to always maintain a current report, and stay prepared. Timestamped, insurer‑ready documentation designed to accelerate claims and reduce disputes. Our common drone inspections cover up to 2 acres of contiguous property and capture exteriors of all structures. Capturing property maintenance, upgrades, roof, chimney and foundations. By having up to date pre-loss reports will allow you to be quick to file a claim when disaster strikes. Let us help you in protecting your property, and more importantly, your family. Our semi-annual reporting allows you to always have a 6 month old report or newer in your defense. -This package includes 2 sessions, with a pre-loss report being generated each session. -Each report is crafted carefully by a Certified Loss Control Inspector -All Wilco Visuals technicians are FAA part 107 certified, VIITA certified, as well as OSHA30 trained. -Properties exceeding 2 acres will incur additional fee of $150/acre. -For properties exceeding 1000 acres, please reach out for a custom quote. -Service area: Standard service area covers Fresno County and surrounding communities within a 50-mile radius. For properties located beyond this radius, travel fees of $100/hour for transit time or a flat per-mile fee will be applied.
