Our founder, Justin Kehoe, comes from a background defined by curiosity, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of clarity. His journey began with a passion for learning, which led him to earn his degree at Fresno Pacific University and later an MBA from Sonoma State University. These experiences didn’t just provide education — they sharpened his ability to think strategically, communicate with impact, and design systems that stand the test of time.
Justin’s career path has been anything but ordinary. In the wine industry, he pioneered in‑house drone capture, producing cinematic marketing clips that elevated vineyards and told their stories from above. It wasn’t just about technology — it was about perspective, about seeing beauty and detail that others overlooked, and transforming it into proof of value.
Earlier in his career, Justin honed an eye for precision in the casino gaming world. Every detail mattered, every decision carried weight. That discipline became a cornerstone of his professional identity: the ability to notice what others miss, and to translate detail into trust.
Outside of work, Justin’s passion for fishing has shaped his appreciation for the outdoors and the discipline required to succeed. A successful trip isn’t luck — it’s preparation, patience, and attention to detail. That same mindset carries into his professional mission: documenting what matters with care and precision, ensuring nothing is left to chance.
Hiking California’s foothills and witnessing the devastation of wildfires gave Justin a personal understanding of what’s at stake when communities aren’t prepared. His connection to the land fuels his mission today — to ensure that families, builders, and insurers have the documentation they need before disaster strikes.
