Refund Policy

Wilco Visuals aims for client satisfaction. Due to the nature of drone inspection services, refunds are granted only under specific circumstances:

• If service is canceled with sufficient notice (as per contract), full or partial refunds may apply.

• If Wilco Visuals fails to deliver services as contracted or produces faulty reports, remedies include re-inspection or refunds at our discretion.

• Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of service.

• No refunds for services fully rendered without documented defect or issue.
